The Union’s 2025 playoff run came to a close Saturday night with a tough 1–0 loss to New York City FC in the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
One goal was all it took. Maxi Moralez found space in the 27th minute and made the most of it—slotting home what turned out to be the match-winner. The Union battled, pushed, and flooded the box late, but couldn’t break through.
